Fender Ashbory Bass for Sale

My black Fender Ashbory Bass is up for sale. This Ashbory provided the deep rumbling bass for the Runner on the Obviously 5 Believers CD.

Despite the diminutive size and cute appearance, Ashbory basses are capable of some very impressive sounds including from deep vintage bass guitar tones, synth-like bass sounds and a very passable amplified double bass.

This Ashbory has an Ashbory logo silk screened on the body and a small “Designed and Backed by Fender” logo on the back of the headstock. It was made in Korea in 2007 before production moved to indonesia.
There is no difference in how my two Ashborys play or sound, but I prefer the colour of my metallic blue one so this black one has remained in its case as a spare most of the time. The condition is very close to perfect as it has been very well looked after. The control cavity on the back even has the original plastic film protection still in place and I could find no scratches or dings except for a barely noticeable chip on the back of the headstock.
